This notice explains how Bascora's privacy practices apply when you use the Bascora Shop mobile app. It supplements Bascora's Privacy Policy, which remains the full privacy policy for the Bascora online store.

How the app works

Bascora Shop is operated by Bascora Ltd. The app displays the applicable Bascora online store inside an embedded browser view. It does not provide a separate Bascora customer account or checkout. When you browse, sign in, use your bag, or place an order in the app, you use the same store services and Shopify checkout available on the Bascora website.

Information handled through the app

Depending on how you use the store, Bascora, Shopify, and service providers may process information described in the full Privacy Policy. This may include contact and account details; products viewed, bag activity, and purchase or return information; payment and transaction details; messages you send to customer support; and device, browser, network, and store-usage information. Shopify and payment providers process payment information; the payment details available to Bascora depend on the payment method and provider.

Use, sharing, and advertising

Information may be used to operate and secure the store, manage accounts and orders, arrange payment and delivery, provide customer support, and meet legal obligations. As described in the full Privacy Policy, Bascora uses Shopify-supported personalized advertising. Shopping activity may be used to show relevant advertising across different merchants and websites. Information may be shared with Shopify, payment processors, service providers, and business or advertising partners as described in that policy.

Cookies and advertising choices

The embedded store uses cookies and similar technologies to provide store features and may use them for personalized advertising. You can manage available data-sharing and advertising choices on the Bascora data-sharing opt-out page. The store policy also describes Global Privacy Control handling where supported.

Retention and your privacy rights

The full Privacy Policy explains how information may be retained to provide services, maintain accounts, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. It does not specify fixed retention periods. Depending on where you live, you may be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or exercise other privacy rights described in the policy.
