A base layer only works if you forget you are wearing it. This one is built around that idea: ergonomic panelling placed to follow the body's lines rather than cut across them, so there are no seams sitting where friction builds over a long run, ride or training session.
The fabric is a 91% recycled polyester and 9% elastane blend. The recycled polyester keeps things light and handles sweat-wicking duty, pulling moisture away from the skin so you stay dry rather than clammy as the effort ramps up. The elastane gives the piece its stretch and recovery, letting it hold close through full range of movement and settle back into shape afterwards.
Worn on its own it is a clean, close first layer. Under a mid-layer or shell it does the quiet work of regulating what happens next to your skin, which is the whole point of the category. A considered choice for anyone who wants performance kit that puts recycled fibre to real use.
