Where do you ship to?
We ship across the United Kingdom, Europe, and internationally including Australia and beyond. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. European orders are usually 5–8 business days. International orders (including Australia) may take 7–14 business days depending on your location and local customs.
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change please contact us at hello@bascora.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping thresholds and promotional offers are updated regularly. Please check the banner at the top of our store or your cart for the current offer. We always aim to keep delivery costs fair and transparent.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact. Leather goods must show no signs of use or wear.
To initiate a return, please email hello@bascora.com with your order number and reason for return.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We are sorry if this has happened. Please email hello@bascora.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will resolve it promptly — either with a replacement or a full refund.
Is the leather genuine and full-grain?
Yes. All leather goods in the Bascora collection use real, full-grain leather — not bonded leather, PU, or synthetic alternatives. Full-grain leather is the highest quality cut of hide, retaining the natural grain and developing a rich patina over time.
What does RFID protection mean?
Our leather bags feature RFID-blocking lining, which shields your contactless cards and passport from electronic theft (skimming). It is a discreet, built-in layer of protection — no extra steps required on your part.
How do I care for my leather bag?
Keep your leather away from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture. If it gets wet, allow it to dry naturally at room temperature — never with a hairdryer or radiator. Condition the leather every few months with a quality leather cream to keep it supple.
Small scratches on full-grain leather can often be buffed out gently with a soft cloth. Over time, these marks become part of the bag’s character — a patina that is uniquely yours.
Do the bags come in multiple colours?
Yes — our leather bags are available in a curated range of colourways. Please visit the individual product pages to see all available options. If a colour you are looking for is out of stock, feel free to contact us and we will let you know when it is expected back.
How do I wash linen garments?
Linen is best washed at 30–40°C on a gentle cycle. Avoid tumble drying where possible — instead, reshape while damp and allow to air dry. Linen softens beautifully with each wash, so do not be alarmed by initial stiffness.
Light ironing on a medium heat while slightly damp will restore a crisp finish if desired, though many prefer the natural relaxed texture of unwashed linen.
Will linen shrink after washing?
Pre-washed linen has minimal shrinkage. However, we recommend washing at 30°C and avoiding high-heat drying to preserve the fit and fibre integrity over time.
How do I care for cotton home textiles?
Most of our cotton textiles are machine washable at 40°C. We recommend washing with similar colours and avoiding bleach. Tumble dry on a low setting or air dry flat. Iron on a medium-high heat for a crisp finish.

How do I know I am buying from the real Bascora?
Bascora.com is our only official storefront. We do not sell on alternative domains, third-party marketplaces, or copycat sites. If you see Bascora products listed elsewhere, please exercise caution — we cannot guarantee the authenticity or quality of goods sold through unauthorised channels.
